Up the main staircase of the Coach House, on the first floor, Brackenthwaite occupies the whole of the original “loft over” where the harness and equipment was stored.
All on one level it has a double bedded room with a magnificent view of Swinside Fell and Whiteside and a twin bedded room looking towards the main building. Both of these rooms have their own washbasins in addition to the bathroom.

The kitchen and dining area overlooks the courtyard whilst the living room enjoys some beautiful views of Grasmoor and the neighbouring fells.
